Must be able to work Weekends.
Must be able to work on site in Indian Harbour Beach & Palm Bay.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal communication skills & excellent customer service abilities. Collaborate with the team to promote a positive and welcoming environment for customers. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person & over the phone. Provide information about our self-storage units, pricing and amenities to potential customers. Process rental agreements, payments and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns & provide resolutions in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including storage units & common areas.
Positive, outgoing personality with a strong sense of motivation
Comfortable with passing a background check & drug screening
