Project Engineer (Tooling Department)
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Tooling Department at Tomahawk Manufacturing, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tooling support to customers worldwide.
The successful candidate will design meat former tooling based on customer input and specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines. Key responsibilities include processing complex tooling quotes and orders, coordinating scheduling details with the manufacturing team, and ensuring that all machine tooling packages are created, accounted for, and prepared to ship with machine orders.
You will work closely with our manufacturing facility to identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance our processes.
Key skills and qualifications include:
· Experience with Solidworks, including design modeling, assemblies, and bills of materials
· Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with customers to define their needs and design a tooling solution
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
