With the construction industry in Southern California at an all-time high, you have a chance to be part of an exciting and fast-paced market. As our Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth, increasing sales volume, and securing new projects in the Los Angeles / Orange County Metropolitan Area. You'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and building a strong portfolio of business. We're committed to providing you with the support and resources you need to succeed so you can achieve your full potential and maximize earnings growth. As a result of your efforts, you will have the opportunity to earn top-notch commissions.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives, with the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive Sales Development Program designed to prepare you for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including seismic bracing, custom engineering, and attachment systems.
  • Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
  • Cold Call dormant and new business opportunities
  • Manufacture leads with potential client decision-makers
  • Sales Development Program : Our Sales Development Program is a structured, multi-phase training agenda that equips you with the skills and knowledge to excel in the construction solutions industry. Key features include :

  • Onboarding and Orientation : Gain a solid foundation in company culture, products, and processes.
  • Technical Training : Learn about seismic codes, custom engineering, and the Nexus platform for project and time management.
  • Shadowing and Mentorship : Work alongside experienced team members to develop practical sales skills.
  • Independent Learning : Conduct detailed reviews of manuals, processes, and project workflows.
  • Sales Manager : Rely on a 15 year Sales Manager to help you meet your goals and navigate your new role. You will receive direct one-on-one “coaching” to ensure your growth and success.
  • Qualifications :

  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • History of accomplishing your goals and ability to find solutions to problems.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and apply them in client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus but not required.
  • Further Qualifications :

    The successful candidate must also pass a background check.
