Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Event Sales and Marketing Director. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving event sales initiatives, coordinating event arrangements, and developing engaging content for social media platforms.
- Sales Management: Drive event sales initiatives for all private events, including weddings, showers, corporate parties, and bus luncheons. Coordinate all event arrangements and details, including creating menu proposals, meeting with clients for food tastings, preparing contracts, and facilitating internal and external communications.
- Marketing and Public Relations: Develop engaging content for social media platforms to promote upcoming events and showcase past successes. Create visually appealing marketing materials for events using graphic design software.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or similar related field. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. 5 years' experience in marketing or event sales management. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and digital marketing strategies.
