Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Event Sales and Marketing Director to drive event sales initiatives, coordinate event arrangements, and develop marketing content. Key responsibilities include managing sales initiatives, coordinating event details, and creating marketing materials.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive event revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate all event arrangements and details, including proposal creation, client meetings, contract preparation, and internal/external communications.
- Marketing Content Creation: Design and develop engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of marketing or event sales management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
