Bakery Assistant

Tomat is a farm-to-table casual fine dining restaurant located in Westchester near LAX. All of our evening desserts and morning pastries are made in-house using high quality, local, seasonal ingredients--we hold ourselves to high standards of sustainability, sourcing, and excellent products. Tomat is looking for a morning bakery assistant with experience in bread and classic Viennoiserie to join our pastry team. Our ideal candidate has experience with croissant dough, lamination, and bread-making, and is self-motivated, willing to learn, diligent, and reliable.
