Tomat is a farm-to-table casual fine dining restaurant and cafe located in Westchester near LAX. From Tuesday to Sunday we serve coffee and pastries, all made in-house with seasonal and high quality ingredients from the farmers market. We are seeking a COFFEE MANAGER to work full time and lead our espresso program. This role includes overseeing baristas, training, inventory and ordering, and research and development.
