What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Bartender position at Tomat?
Tomat is a seasonal, casual fine dining restaurant located in Westchester near LAX. We are currently hiring for the position of LEAD BARTENDER, who will be involved in bar prep, service, and inventory Wednesday-Sunday. We aim to work with small batch, artisan liquor producers and also have our own fermentation kitchen. This position will require knowledge or willingness to learn clarification, centrifuging, and fermentation. The menu draws from traditional and classic cocktails, and seasonal juices and ferments according to availability at the farmers market. Full time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as accrued sick leave.
