What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Tomat?
Tomat is a farm-to-table, casual fine dining restaurant located in Westchester near LAX. We are currently hiring for the position of LINE COOK, full time Wednesday-Sunday. Our kitchen has a fantastic teaching atmosphere, and chefs rotate around stations to cross train and gain skills. Produce is all locally sourced, including fish, meat, poultry, and dairy. We also have a restaurant garden down the block, where chefs are able to have a hand in planning and planting for new seasons and new menus. The menu changes seasonally with the farmers market and availability of produce. For full time employees, full benefits are available including health, vision, and dental insurance.
