Responsibilities
- Prepare material for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Inspect product for damage and assess the necessary repairs before painting.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent, required.
- Previous experience in a paint shop is preferred.
- Familiarity with paint techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
