Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns through regular mowing, trimming, and fertilization to promote healthy growth.
- Perform landscape maintenance, including planting, pruning, and mulching to enhance the visual appeal of the grounds.
- Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to ensure optimal hydration and health.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various groundskeeping tasks.
- Monitor the condition of gardens and landscapes, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases that may require attention.
- Keep pathways and outdoor areas clear of debris to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, including flower bed installations and seasonal clean-ups.
Skills
- Proficient in lawn care techniques and practices.
- Knowledgeable in garden maintenance, including plant identification and care requirements.
- Experience with landscape maintenance practices to ensure healthy outdoor environments.
