QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certification :
Master's degree
Texas Education Agency / State Board for Educator Certification Teaching & Administrative Credentials
Certified Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS) appraiser
Special Knowledge / Skills :
Thorough understanding of school operations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate campus support operations
Effective skills in behavior management
Experience :
Three years of experience as a classroom teacher
Experience in planning and presenting staff development
