This role is for someone who loves asking questions, forming a point of view, and writing things that make others pause and think. You’ll work closely with strategists and creatives to uncover the truths that lead to original, breakthrough work.

What you'll be doing:
- Dig into everything from TikTok subcultures to industry reports to understand what people care about — and why
- Help create briefs, presentations, and POVs that inspire creative teams
- Analyze trends, audience behavior, and category norms to find opportunities for brands to stand out
- Participate in brainstorms, research dives, and creative development sessions
- Contribute to research efforts (desk, qual, quant) and help synthesize what it all means
- Learn how to build a strategic narrative — and help bring one to life
- Deeply curious and tuned in to culture Thoughtful and opinionated — in a good way
- A strong writer who enjoys finding the right words to express complex ideas
- Open, collaborative, and generous with your thinkingInterested in people, what they care about, and why they do what they do
- Not expected to know it all, but excited to learn and ask smart questions along the way
- Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
- Have written something you’re proud of (a blog, essay, zine, Twitter thread, research paper, fanfic — anything)
- Comfortable with research, whether that's Googling deep or digging through data
- A good communicator, both in writing and out loudAvailable full-time for the 10-week internship program
