Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Marina Dock Hand to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our marina, ensuring that all boats and equipment are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the marine environment, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Duties
- Assist with the docking and undocking of boats, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine maintenance on marina equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- Monitor water levels and weather conditions to ensure safe operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to boat owners and guests, answering questions and offering assistance as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area, including trash disposal and equipment storage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in a marina or boating environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 40 per week
