CNC FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• HOURLY RATE MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
• 401K MATCHING, HEALTH INSURANCE, PAID TIME OFF, OVERTIME
• MAINLY WORKING ON TREVISAN MACHINE TOOL AND PC PROGETTI TEST BENCHES
• BASED IN OFFICE AND DISPATCHED AS NEEDED
• IN OFFICE ROLE: TECHNICAL SUPPORT OVER THE PHONE, IN-HOUSE REPAIRS, AND SHIPPING OF PARTS.
• OPPORTUNITY TO TRAVEL AND SEE THE COUNTRY
  
  

We are looking to add a full-time field service technician to our team! Home office would be in Suffield, CT with regular travel across United States. International travel is required on occasion.

You will be responsible for traveling to customer facilities to perform a variety of services including machine installation, preventative maintenance, repair, and other various customer requests.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Is experienced with CNC Machine Tool repair
• Basic Electrical Knowledge
• Can analyze and diagnose technical issues
• Is experienced with Fanuc Controls is a plus
• Has Strong Mechanical Skills
• Is self-motivated
• Can work alone and with a team
• Can communicate effectively with customers
• Is detail oriented

• A valid driver's license
• Authorization to work in the US
• Be at least 18 years of age
