Shift Leader (PIC)
Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is looking to bring on a ROCK-STAR Shift Leader to help us grow. We have a great team and great employees, and are looking to add to the team.
You will start as a shift leader in training and have a fixed schedule. We offer paid training for each level of training that is completed. All Shift Leaders in training start at $13.00 / hour. Each level of training that is completed will result in $0.25-$0.50 raises. Once training is complete, Shift Leaders earn $16.00 / hour for shifts that they run as Shift Leader.

- Prior management skills, preferably in the restaurant field, is preferred but not required.
- Prior Jimmy John's experience is a big plus!!!
- Weekends required
- Day shift
- Night shift Standard Shifts :
- 11am - 3pm
- 11am - 5pm
- 11am – 10pm
- 2 : 45pm – 10pm
Once training is complete, Shift Leaders earn $16.00 / hour for shifts that they run as Shift Leader.
