Who We Are Looking For:

TOMIS is seeking a Marketing Tech & Onboarding Specialist who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, tech, and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts detail-obsessed and people-oriented — a marketing-minded engineer who loves to build clean foundations and solve technical puzzles, all while keeping clients and internal teams informed and confident.

You’re a strong communicator, focused on getting things done accurately and on time, and have the patience and clarity to guide clients and teammates through nuanced technical processes. You’ll play a key role in setting up new clients for success, keeping things organized and making sure systems work behind the scenes. You’ll serve as an internal go-to for tracking, data analytics, and marketing operations support.

If you enjoy tinkering in Google Tag Manager, debugging tracking issues, organizing systems for scale, and simplifying the technical for the non-technical, we want to meet you.


Role & Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Account Setup

  • Lead the digital onboarding process for new TOMIS marketing clients
  • Collect and verify platform access (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Complete TOMIS internal account setup and documentation checklists
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with clients during onboarding


Digital Foundation Implementation

  • Configure basic tracking setups using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Execute marketing tech stack checks and ensure all tools are properly integrated
  • Implement UTM structures, conversion tracking, and goal setups


Complex Tracking Configuration & Troubleshooting
(with the oversight and advisement of a Senior Manager)

  • Manage advanced tracking needs involving custom code or unknown reservation systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing tracking setups or integrations
  • Collaborate with developers and external partners to ensure proper data flow
  • Serve as an internal technical resource and trainer on tracking best practices


Support Across Marketing Teams

  • Support marketing team members with implementation tasks and project management
  • Collaborate with Google Ads, SEO, Paid Social, and Email teams to ensure campaigns are properly tracked and optimized
  • Troubleshoot and fix any issues affecting campaign performance due to missing or inaccurate tracking
  • Assist in drawing insights from client data and presenting findings to stakeholders


Documentation & Internal Systems Support

  • Maintain and update SOPs, onboarding templates, and internal training docs
  • Conduct internal trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions on new tools or techniques

Help maintain data integrity across client dashboards and reporting tools


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in digital marketing operations, marketing tech, analytics, or agency onboarding/support roles
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with common booking reservation systems and experience troubleshooting integrations a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with poise and precision
  • Team-oriented with a solutions-first mindset
Desired Additional Skills:
  • Experience in or exposure to SEO, Website Updating, Paid Ads, or Email Marketing
  • Experience with Looker Studio, reporting dashboards, or data visualization tools
  • Experience with AI tools, platforms and operational use
  • A desire to help others learn and grow—internally and externally
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp
