Job Brief:
The executive assistant will provide a high-level support to our executive team. The executive assistant will be able to use good judgment in diverse situations with strong verbal, administrative and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. They will be drafting correspondence and doing high level administrative tasks such as tax credit applications and board correspondence.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Draft and prepare high level correspondence.
- Service focused- dedicated to meeting the expectations of the CEO and other senior executives.
- Perform supervisory, administrative, and management functions involved in property operations.
- Receives, prepares, reviews, prioritize documents.
- Work in a corporate office setting.
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
- Prioritize tasks and be a punctual team member.
- Other duties and responsibilities as the job requires.
- Our ideal candidate needs to possess a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate (written and verbal) and have a strong work ethic.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have prior experience in and administrative role assisting senior executives.
- Have prior experience in recording and maintaining accurate board records (minutes, meetings, consent actions etc).
- Have prior experience in an administrative role working in/for affordable housing.
