What are the responsibilities and job description for the Musical Theatre Instructor for Kids - DC - Afterschool (Starting March/April 2025) position at Tommie Shaw & Company LLC?
Tommie Shaw & Company is currently hiring for Part-Time Musical Theatre Instructors to teach classes to children
- Teach 1 or more weekly beginner level musical theatre course(s) to students between the ages of 5 to 9.
- Available to teach dance courses that are 1 hour to 1.25 hours in length, between the hours of 3:15 & 5:30 pm.
- Available to teach theatre courses in DC and or our Montgomery County, Maryland location/s {Silver Spring, Potomac, Bethesda, Garrett Park}, and/or DC locations
- Have a car or other reliable transportation.
You can teach on (1) or more weekday afternoons depending on your preference and availability.
Compensation is based on your background, training, and teaching experience. This is a part time position with limited teaching hours with courses held only during a limited timespan on weekday afternoons, Monday through Friday.
