Director of Group Sales
The Director of Group Sales is responsible for leading the group sales team to achieve maximum revenue growth in rooms, public space, F&B, and all additional products and services the hotel has to offer.
This involves excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The Director of Group Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, conducting site inspections with potential customers, visiting guest rooms, meeting space, and banquet facilities, as well as other hotel facilities.
Furthermore, the Director of Group Sales will ensure that the group sales team maintains accurate and timely recording of activity, including appointments, calls made, and business leads, and provides overall guest satisfaction.
