SET THE COURSE

The Creative Designer I will work as part of the Creative Services team and focus of development of site assets, email, digital experiences for all platforms, brand centric paid media, organic social, external platform assets and omni channel campaigns for digital and print. Assists Creative Designer II as needed.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery, complying with brand standards in execution of marketing materials.
• Create elevated editorial experiences across all digital platforms, including our website, emails, digital campaign suites and advertisements.
• Consistently provide innovative and creative ideas, putting forward imaginative alternatives and question traditional approaches.
• Utilize a guest-first mentality to ensure all site enhancements focus on user-centric best practices.
• Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and promote consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
• Additionally, work on print projects inclusive of, but not limited to, direct mail and in-store promotional elements.
• Strive to evolve and grow the digital presence of Tommy Bahama.
• Perform other duties as needed to help support the overall business.
  
  
  

Essentials For Life In Paradise

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design or related field.
• 3 years related digital design experience in an e-commerce environment
• Experience with eComm content management systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC applications in a Mac OSX environment
• Experience in Figma
• Experience and knowledge of print creative best practices a plus
• Experience and knowledge of animation & After Effects a plus
  
  
  

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $78,000 to $83,000
