Your Role
You will assist the chef in preparing high-quality menu items, ensure safety and cleanliness in the kitchen, and possess complete knowledge of all food menus and recipes. This includes ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
Requirements
- 1 years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
- Basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in training manual
