Wash Tech - Car Wash

• Tommy Car Wash is seeking Full/Part Customer Service/Car Wash Attendant for our location in Fargo, North Dakota.
• This position will be responsible for providing quick and friendly guest service, selling and activating new memberships, maintaining customer database, assist with guest entry into the wash bay, maintain accurate distance between cars.
• Customer Service will be the main objective, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Customer Service Experience required to fulfill this position.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicle prior to entry and throughout the wash to ensure any safety issues are addressed timely
• This position will also need a maintenance background.
• Great communication and team work is a must for this position.
• Any additional tasks that pertain to benefiting the company and taking care of guests.
• Responsible for maximum production on busy days. Customer Service skills are necessary to create and retain new member/guest relations.
• Always enforce and maintain company sales procedures for exceptional member/guest service. Previous car wash experience helpful but not necessary, will train.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
