- Tommy Car Wash is searching for a Top Sales Associate for our car wash in our Bloomington, MN location.
- We are looking for that associate who is initiative-taking, customer oriented, team player and who is looking for an opportunity to grow with our company. This individual must have sales experience and can bring motivation to a team of associates, have a customer service back ground and willing to adapt to a business with growth potential.
- The main duty of this job is sales at the service window. 100 % Customer contact and interaction. We are looking for motivated, friendly and TOP Sales Associate.
- We are hiring a Full -time or Part- time person to cover the busy hours of the day. Main hours for this position will be 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, weekends, holidays and flexible in schedule. If you have sales experience and enjoy customer interaction.
- This individual should have 1 - 2 years in direct sales.

Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to
customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
