The Account Executive II is responsible for planning, strategizing, and selling Tommy Hilfiger Women’s Apparel and Accessories in the US Wholesale Off-Price Channel, to achieve sales plans and protect the profitability goals of the division. This is a cross functional role that will require collaboration with many internal departments.
Responsibilities
Pay Range:$95,000 - $125,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. The Account Executive II is responsible for planning, strategizing, and selling Tommy Hilfiger Women’s Apparel and Accessories in the US Wholesale Off-Price Channel, to achieve sales plans and protect the profitability goals of the division. This is a cross functional role that will require collaboration with many internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for select high volume Off-Price Accounts
- Create and implement seasonal business plans/proposals by account/division
- Establish strong relationships with buying teams/management
- Collaborate with Merchandising to build assortments that cover account needs
- Present seasonal product lines to accounts with proposed assortment that align with design vision and sales objectives
- Ensure accurate flow of information is reflected when securing orders, including delivery dates, style information, sizing, negotiated costs, etc.
- Establish a strategic partnership with accounts to further understand the product needs and opportunities
- Communicate to Direct Manager, VP of Sales and Merchandising Team regarding all account market feedback, competitive insight provided, and any relevant opportunities voiced to optimally fulfill the account needs
- Provide updated shipping information to Accounts in a timely manner
- Work with Accounts on delivery slides and securing adjusted ship dates
- Prepare monthly recaps that highlight best sellers – how they relate to the total business and translate that into future growth opportunities
- Negotiate monthly Close-out ATS with Accounts
- Ensure timely PO confirmation and tracking of monthly shipments; report monthly ship month projection as well as total year forecast
- Maintain Seasonal Order Master File, Recap Monthly Surplus/ATS, Monthly Ship spread, Top to Top Leadership Meetings Recaps
- College Degree with concentration in business, retail and/or fashion buying and marketing
- 5 to 7 years of experience in account management/planning in a wholesale environment
- Strong Retail Math and Analytical skills
- Well organized and time management skills
- Strategic problem solver
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Flexibility with Schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
