- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes and utensils promptly after guests finish their meals.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including assisting cooks during busy periods.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly to meet health and safety standards.
- Help set up for banquets or catering events by arranging tables and serving ware as directed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with bussing, catering, banquet setups, or hotel operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
