Role Overview:
As an Assistant Site Leader, you’ll support day-to-day operations, lead team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll act as the Site Leader’s right hand—guiding shift leads, growing membership, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and support overall site performance.
• Motivate and develop team members to hit performance goals.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve issues with care.
• Support hiring, training, and team development efforts.
• Assist with scheduling, site marketing, and local outreach.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
• Understand basic wash maintenance and partner with the mechanic team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy workplace culture.

• A hands-on leader with a passion for service and people.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be on-site 5 days/week. Wednesday to Sunday (afternoon/evenings Wed-Fri, Mid shift Sat/Sun)
• Goal-driven with a desire to grow professionally and help others do the same.
