Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is working correctly so that wash quality meets the expectations of Tommys Express and the guest alike. You will also be responsible for ensuring the property is in the best shape possible at all times to ensure proper presentation for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine tunnel maintenance and ensure all checklists are caught up at all times.
- Ensure trash is emptied, vacuums are working, and all guest service areas are neat and clean at all times.
- Utilize custodial skills to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Assist on site team as necessary or in situations where another set of hands is needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning products and equipment.
Skills
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques for maintaining cleanliness.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with car wash operations and equipment is a plus.
- Plumbing experience a plus.
- Electrical experience a plus.
- Property Management a plus.
