Job Description for Entry-Level Position:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Site Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash area.
• Basic Operations: Learn and assist with basic car wash operations and equipment usage.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and follow directions from supervisors.
• Promote express services and memberships
• Become knowledgeable about Tommy’s Express app and be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of the car wash operation.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position can be either part-time or full-time. On average the part-time team member will work 16-24 hours, and full-time team members will work 30-40 hours a week. This position requires weekend shifts and Holidays.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 8:00am – 8:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:

-Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to move about inside the office to access filing cabinets and office machinery, etc.

- Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information

- Able to move equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds

- Able to work and commute in all weather conditions

- Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, and reach with hands.
