About the Role:
Are you detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a hospitality focused leader who can manage people, process and financials. Our Site Leaders oversee and manage their own retail business by leading a team and producing a clean, shiny & dry car for every customer. In addition to a great work environment and a supportive team, we also offer our site leaders a competitive wage and a lucrative quarterly bonus program where you can earn up to 20% of your base salary.
Job Duties:
- Lead a successful team by growing and developing team members
- Learn and oversee wash quality ensuring all customers leave with a clean car
- Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships
- Maintain our car wash, vacuum center, and grounds for all customer needs
- Take pride in your location by following cleaning and maintenance standards
- Perform site maintenance in partnership with our Tech Ops Team
- Offer a service focused, hospitable experience to every guest
- Continue to train in operations and leadership to grow with our organization
- Oversee financials and budget for your location
- Handle warranty claims as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of leadership experience required
- Retail/hospitality experience strongly preferred
- The ability and attitude to lead a successful team and nurture a positive work environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Energetic, self-starter for a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with technology
- Ability to embrace and maintain a safe work environment
- Ability to work cross functionally with excellent communication skills
