Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality in all tasks performed. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The employee will be training in most maintenance tasks at the wash.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facility in pristine condition.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and customers.
- Participate in training programs to learn various maintenance tasks and techniques relevant to the wash.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment used in the wash, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality. This includes tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Experience
- Previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards are essential.
