A member of the Leadership Team at Tommy's Express Car Wash is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring Above and Beyond guest service. Team Leaders must be accountable, driven, coachable, and possess an immediate call to action.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising Operations: Manage the workflow of the car wash, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Hourly inspections are thorough and complete.
- Training and Development: Coach and lead team members by example, providing training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Guest Engagement: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring service excellence.
- Team Motivation: Foster a positive and competitive work environment, encouraging collaboration and motivating the team to achieve set goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance using key metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
