The Assistant Site Wash Manager role at Tommy’s Express Car Wash involves leading and supporting a team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience while simultaneously contributing to revenue growth at all levels of the car wash’s overall success. This role entails comprehensive oversight of the entire car wash operation, with a strong emphasis on delivering superior customer service while developing the sales skills of the team. You will be the face of the organization. As we add locations, there may be opportunities to lead multiple sites.
The Assistant Site Wash Manager is accountable for achieving specific objectives related to financial sustainability, customer satisfaction, revenue/sales performance and financial returns. The core responsibility of the Assistant Site Wash Manager is to manage and oversee day-to-day car wash operations in alignment with established policies, procedures and business practices. The position reports directly to the Site Manager. Additionally, the Assistant Site Wash Manager is responsible for team leadership and sales training. Your team will consist of over 20 people. Customer service, sales management experience required. Tunnel experience is a bonus!
