Tommy’s is looking for a Franchise Development Coordinator to play a central role in supporting the franchise development and real estate process, assisting with lead generation and tour days, and collecting and organizing various documentation related to franchise agreements and real estate. In addition, this role supports franchise marketing initiatives by managing leads, maintaining promotional materials, tracking data, and partnering with the Marketing team to assist with the direction and execution of marketing campaigns. Position Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Franchise Development and Real Estate leaders with database maintenance, record keeping, and project support
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to attract qualified franchise candidates
- Work with internal marketing team to develop marketing materials aligned with brand standards (brochures, presentations, landing pages, and email templates) and maintain assets appropriately with updates as needed
- Use marketing created email templates to execute and manage email marketing campaigns through client information system (NetSuite)
- Work with internal marketing team to direct franchise development needs for paid media, advertising, social media, etc.
- Partner with Events & Tradeshow Manager on franchise development calendar for tradeshow attendance
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and marketing metrics from all sources to provide data and improve campaign/initiative effectiveness
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, marketing effectiveness, and sales funnel progress
- Oversee marketing budget and spend allocation for franchise development campaigns and initiatives and ensure optimal ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and marketing best practices to recommend new lead generation tactics
- Coordinate Discovery Day Tours and manage related documentation and record keeping
- Facilitate all aspects of Discovery Days Tours, including scheduling, agendas, travel logistics, and follow-up communication
- Collect, organize, and maintain potential franchisee documentation and records
- Regularly audit and update franchise files for accuracy and completeness
- Provide administrative support for real estate committee (REC) needs
- Schedule REC meetings, manage agenda, and maintain REC project/pipeline board and meeting feedback
- Maintain the REC database and online platforms/software – perform data entry for real estate analysis, update department internal information, and assist with maintaining Development Map/market mapping software
- Support all development team members with special projects, administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation/reporting, and any software related tasks as needed - JIRA project management, NetSuite, SharePoint, etc.
- Collaborate closely with Franchise Development Managers, Project Managers, Real Estate, and other internal teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Identify process enhancements across all areas to improve efficiency and results

Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
- Advanced degree in business/marketing/communications/related field or equivalent formal training/certifications and experience required
- Experience in business development, marketing coordination, or related roles – within franchise or fundraising industry preferred
- Basic understanding of franchise sales processes, compliance requirements, and event coordination experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, document management tools, and marketing platforms (email marketing, social media, analytics).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation.
