Sewing Technician
Tommy’s is looking for a Sewing Technician responsible for producing the company’s textile-based parts to be installed in Tommy’s Express car wash locations across the country, including but not limited to vacuum canopies and interior wash components.

Position Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machine and related parts with pneumatic foot lift and thread trimmer
- Ability to read a sewing map and adjust machine according to the product
- Inspect finished goods for quality
- Handle multiple types of materials and parts
- Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and submit request for repairs as needed
- Meet or exceed output and quality goals
- Operate an automated cutting table
- Operate an automated hot knife machine
- Load/unload materials and parts for assembly
Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years sewing experience (industrial equipment preferred)
- Must be able to consistently lift and handle heavy items 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of material handling and cutting
- Experience operating an automated cutting table is a plus
