About the Role…
Our Contract Recruiting Coordinator (Contract, Hybrid) position is part of our People team and plays a vital role in delivering a seamless recruiting experience for both external candidates and hiring teams. You will support the recruiting team and our recruiting process by providing in-bound/sourcing support, reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screens, coordinating interview schedules and managing an efficient and smooth process. In addition, this role may assist with onboarding new hires and other pre-hire efforts as needed. We are ideally looking for someone who lives in the tri-state region who is able to commute to midtown Manhattan, as needed, based on in-office candidate interview schedules. This contract is slated for 6 months and may go longer based on business needs/performance.
Role Responsibilities…
- Partner with Recruiters to review in-bound applications for key roles including resume review and conducting first line recruiter screens, where needed.
- Help manage all niche job board postings and budget/ROI tracking.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate screens and interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
- Facilitate Zoom and onsite interviews at our New York City (Manhattan), Detroit (Birmingham), and Seattle locations, creating a welcoming experience for candidates.
- Maintain timely and professional correspondence with candidates and internal interviewers, enhancing the overall recruiting experience.
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse, and other databases including reporting and scorecard submissions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and streamline scheduling efficiency.
- Manage the background check and pre-hire process for all hires. This may include helping with the onboarding process for new hires, as needed.
- Input data to help assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Assist in various ad hoc projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement within the People & Talent team.
Qualifications…
- 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Strong skills in G Suite, and job boards (ex. LinkedIn, really, Handshake)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
The expected hourly rate is $35-$40/per hour
The expected annual compensation for this position will be between
$35 - $40 USD
