Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking product vision and strategy that aligns with TomoCredit's long-term business objectives.
- Lead comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new product opportunities and areas for growth.
- Own and manage a strategic product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
- Prioritize product initiatives by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class product solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and strategy.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimizations.
- Analyze product performance through KPIs and data insights, iterating on the product to maximize user engagement and business outcomes.
- Advocate for user-centric design and foster a customer-first mindset across teams.
- Lead usability testing and feedback sessions to refine product features and user experiences.
