We're looking for a Retention & Growth Manager to join our US team. This hybrid role combines customer success expertise with revenue responsibility. You'll serve as the main point of contact for a set of strategic accounts, focusing on delivering long-term value, ensuring retention, and driving account growth through upsell and expansion opportunities.

This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing position that requires strong relationship skills, a sharp commercial mindset, and an ability to communicate value clearly. You'll work cross-functionally with account management, product, marketing, and enablement teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and directly impact company growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of strategic customers, focusing on execution of renewals, adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Identify expansion opportunities across your accounts and execute commercial strategies
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand their goals and drive value through use of Tomorrow.io's weather intelligence products
  • Mitigate churn risk by proactively identifying friction points and executing tailored success plans
  • Lead regular Business Reviews (quarterly or bi-annually) to track ROI, align on strategy, and deepen executive alignment
  • Lead onboarding sessions for strategic Spanish speaking customers utilizing the existing onboarding framework
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback that influences product roadmap and go-to-market
  • Champion customer advocacy by identifying testimonial and case study opportunities
  • Ensure a seamless experience across touchpoints, including onboarding, enablement, product updates, and support

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a hybrid customer growth role
  • Proven ability to drive expansion in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken); Business-level proficiency in Spanish a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience identifying revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner, and able to translate complex concepts into value-based conversations
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
