- Utilize standardized testing to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain a curriculum that is tailored to the needs of the students and promotes literacy education.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra attention and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
Experience:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working in private schools or preschool settings.
