Role Summary
The Universal Banker will support the efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions, sales, and service functions at a branch location. This role requires a high level of technical and interpersonal skill to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide timely information on Company products and services.
- Offer safe deposit box services to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Company product features and benefits.
- Submit periodic reports to supervisors and relevant groups or individuals.
- NMLS registration may be required to assist with consumer and residential lending processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service/sales; banking experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in sales processes, including recognizing and suggesting products and achieving referral goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
