Accurate and Efficient Transaction Processing
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Your primary duties will include:
- Accepting and processing deposit transactions
- Cashing checks and processing withdrawal transactions within approved authority and operating policy
- Issuing approved cash advances on company-accepted credit cards
- Transferring funds between accounts as required
- Processing loan payments and credit card payments
You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding balances, withdrawals, and verification of accounts. Additionally, you will prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transactions, balance the cash drawer accurately, and maintain an approved level of cash.
