Job Summary:
The focus of our Commercial Account Manager is to build and maintain great customer relationships by providing excellent communication and customer service. This position will work closely and continually with our Commercial Services Team to fulfill customer service, customer requests and proposals. The Commercial Account Manager will continually strive for excellence. This is a professional inside sales position.
Exemption Status: Exempt
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates, maintains, and manages customer accounts with positive communications and efficient schedules to achieve excellence in customer service, ensuring that the customer knows that they always come first at Tom’s.
- Process new service repair proposals and logistics of parts and timelines
- Develops and conducts presentations and other customer information in an effective way.
- Ability, willingness, and drive to meet sales goals
- Works with GM to develop and maintain business growth plans
- Utilizes excellent closing skills and ability to logically overcome objectives
- Performs other related office duties as required
Necessary Skills/Abilities:

- Knowledge of HVAC Systems, installation agreements, and service agreements

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED and/or a certification from an accredited school
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Experience in reception and customer service environment
- 5 plus years of sales experience
