About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Expert plays a pivotal part in supporting acquisition-focused performance marketing for the Ecommerce business through paid media advertising on digital channels. This includes paid social, paid search, retargeting, and affiliate marketing. The role's primary objectives are to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS) through efficient scaling of media.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Lead creative development and sourcing processes for different acquisition media channels, submitting briefs, and providing creative direction and analysis to the creative team.
- Own the acquisition media campaign calendar, collaborating with internal cross-functional partners and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of promotional assets.
- Support the growth of new initiatives, including new channels, audiences, lead generation, influencer/UGC in paid media, and creative testing overall.
- Provide reporting support across acquisition media channels for ongoing and testing efforts.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of paid digital media expertise across various acquisition channels.
- Proficiency with and understanding of digital platforms, measurement tools, and ecommerce platforms.
- Experience in performance marketing execution and optimization, specifically in paid social.
- Clear communicator skilled at coordinating efforts across internal and external cross-functional partners.
