As a Digital Media Specialist for Paid Social at TOMS, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and conversion while supporting our mission of giving back to communities around the globe.
As a Digital Media Specialist – Paid Social , you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic, creative, audience and data-driven digital media campaigns across paid social channels including Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok and more to drive click through and conversion to TOMS.com. You’ll focus on optimizing digital media campaigns across paid social platforms that drive traffic, increase conversions, and expand TOMS’ customer base. Your creative approach, paired with your ability to analyze data, will help scale TOMS’ digital business and further our commitment to social good.
What You'll Do :
Campaign Management : Build, implement and run performance-driven digital media campaigns across our paid social channels : Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. Ensure campaigns are leveraging various creative iterations and offers to drive click through rate and conversion.
Audience Segmentation & Optimization : Leverages various segmentation strategies that identify and segment profitable users to target with precision balanced with enhancing reach. Implement data-driven optimization strategies to maximize ROAS and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and overall campaign performance.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC),. Compile and execute against actionable insights to ensure campaigns are hitting objectives and contributing to TOMS’ growth.
A / B Testing & Optimization : Support A / B testing initiatives for ad copy, creative iterations and landing pages to refine and improve campaign performance. Help implement findings from A / B testing to optimize campaigns in real time.
Spend Management : Control daily spend in platform and across campaigns to ensure that it is optimized and hitting goal ongoing.
What You Bring :
3-5 years of experience running conversion- driving / performance -based advertising campaigns across paid social channels : Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
A creative and analytical thinker with the ability to generate and test new concepts that help TOMS connect with and engage our customers.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy across campaigns and reports.
Eagerness to identify challenges and propose solutions with guidance from the team.
A genuine enthusiasm for TOMS’ mission and a commitment to making kindness in business a standard.
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
Experience using data visualization tools to interpret and present findings
Experience hands on in platform across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap Chat
What We Give :
This is a Direct Hire role with a target annual salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance
