Tondo Fulfillment is launching an exciting new division: Tondo Packaging. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to spearhead this initiative. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the packaging industry, including assisting clients with custom boxes and die lines, and demonstrate outstanding negotiation skills. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of our packaging division.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their packaging needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
- Collaborative Selling: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and supply chain, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRMs.
