We are seeking a dedicated individual with expertise in the 3PL space. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of our while supervising a team to ensure smooth processes and optimal productivity.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products or materials.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee fleet management activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and streamline logistics.
- Utilize InfoPlus or similar systems for inventory tracking and management.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, with a strong background in and logistics.
- Proficiency in operation and other warehouse equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of distribution center operations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing staff.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
