You should be able to process orders quickly and efficiently while providing excellent service. Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
Front Desk Sales & Service Rep.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Acknowledge & greet members when entering and leaving the gym.
- Leading facility tours for potential members.
- Sharing club promotions and special events.
- Promoting and selling gym memberships, along with other services and products facility offers.
- Answer questions and address member concerns accordingly.
- Taking phone calls and booking appointments.
- Monitor Inventory on drinks.
- Keep front desk clean and presentable with all necessary material.
- Must be available between 5am-12am & Saturdays
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards members and co-workers at all times.
Shake Bar
- Preparation: Includes but not limited to preparing of foods and or supplemental dietary nutritional drinks (formally known as protein shakes)
- talking to customers via face to face interactions
- customer service that is given with a positive sincere attitude.
- This is a part time job & serious inquiry only.
- No Experience Necessary.
- Must be available between 5am-12am & Saturdays
