- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, highlighting key drivers of variances.
- Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual strategic plans and budgets.
- Ensure site operations align with company policies and internal control framework, fostering sound financial management.
- Foster a high-performing team that provides insightful analysis, driving business decisions and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in manufacturing.
- Background in supporting manufacturing plants and driving business growth.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and business forecasting.
- Able to translate data into actionable insights, informing business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing accounting principles.
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable.
