Job Description
The Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of new urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects and must be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects, and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.
- Oversee and direct projects from start to finish
- Direct and supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, working in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
- Forecast, track / report project costs / revenue and ensure adherence to project estimates
- Resolve problems involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, equipment, and contracts / subcontracts administration
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
- Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project, such as RFI logs and change orders
