Service Manager Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily service activities, including scheduling, workflow, and technician performance.
- Maintain a positive work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and customer service.

Service Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of service technicians and advisors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
